Pre Stained/Painted Cladding
A large percentage of our Timber Cladding contracts are pre stained on our premises before being delivered to site. We can offer any product currently available from Sikkens, Technos, Dulux etc. All you need to do is supply us with a reference code for the product and we will have the price back within that working day.
The advantages for pre stained claddings are;
A: Price, it is far more economical to have you timber pre stained, rather than having contractors on site.
B: Time, we are able to stain 1.5-2M3 per hour.
C; Health & Safety; no problems with extra people on site such as painting contractors, climbing up scaffolding etc. Space on site is also a key factor.
D; Guarantee, many of the well known products such as Sikkens can come with a guarantee up to six years, which are independently tested whilst in the process of being coated.
We usually apply one base coat and one or two top coats, depending on the specification required.
A paint finish can also be applied in White, Black or a range of pastel colours on application.
